Light BBQ Pizza

Introduction

This is a recipe I found in my No-Fad Diet cookbook and my family and I love it This is a recipe I found in my No-Fad Diet cookbook and my family and I love it
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Pillsbury Pizza Crust
    5 ounce skinless chicken cooked and diced
    6 ounces mushroom sliced
    1 bell pepper thinly sliced
    1 small onion thinly sliced
    1/4 cup bbq sauce
    1 tsp vinegar
    1/4 cup reduced fat mozarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven 425 degree's

place pizza crust on ungreased baking pan - set aside

in large saute pan heat and spray with cooking spray add bell pepper and onion and mushroom cook until tender add chicken, bbq sauce and vinegar lower heat and simmer 1 to 2 minutes until warmed through

spread chicken mixture on pizza crust top with shredded cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted slice into 4 servings
