Mock Chicken Salad

Introduction

Vegetarian version of chicken salad using tempeh. Vegetarian version of chicken salad using tempeh.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 8oz pkg tempeh
    1/2 cup diced celery
    2 tbs fat free miracle whip
    1/4 cup finely diced onion
    1 tsp dill
    1tbsp tamari
    Salt and pepper to season

Directions

1. Cube and steam tempeh.
2. Mix tempeh with all other ingrediants, mash tempeh cubes a bit while mixing.
3. Season with Salt and Pepper.
4. Refrigerate overnight for best taste.
