This is a healthier version of a BH&G favorite. By replacing full fat and sodium ingredients with low fat and no salt added I've made it health friendly and maintained flavor. Ingredients

3 14.5oz cans no salt added cut green beans
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp Smart Balance 50/50 unsalted butter blend
1 8 oz carton low fat sour cream
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp Smart Balance 50/50 unsalted butter blend
Directions
Drain and rinse green beans, set aside.
In a small saucepan melt 1 Tbsp butter over medium heat, add chopped onion and saute until tender.
In a large bowl stir together sour cream, flour, lemon peel, and pepper; stir in green beans and onion. Transfer ban mixture to a 2 quart baking dish. Top with cheese. Melt the other Tbsp of butter and combine with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese.
Bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes or until heated through.
