Crustless Chicken Pot Pie

Introduction

I love chicken pot pie. Unfortunately, my pants and hips do not. This is just as good without the crust. I love chicken pot pie. Unfortunately, my pants and hips do not. This is just as good without the crust.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup (or you could just use cream of chicken or cream of mushroom...also, 98% fat free would be better' this was just all I had)
    1 9 oz (drained) can Veg-All
    1 10 oz can chicken
    ground sage
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Drain Veg-All, and chicken if necessary. Combine soup, chicken, and vegetables in a large bowl. Add ground sage, salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined. From here, you can microwave it until it's all nice and hot, or you could bake it in the oven. For more of a pot pie feel, roll out some reduced-fat crescent rolls, spread on top like a pie crust, and bake until brown. (Nutrition doesn't include a crust. Makes five 6 oz. servings.)
