16 oz ground turkey
2 cups peeled and sliced raw potatoes
1&1/2 cup sliced carrots(3 medium carrots)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 10oz can Campbells Healthy Request Tomato Soup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 5.5oz can Campbell's No Salt Added Tomato Juice(optional)*
In large skillet, brown the ground turkey, onions, celery and mushrooms. When done, transfer to crockpot and combine meat mixture, potatoes, carrots, peas and corn.
Stir in soup, water, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
*Add the tomato juice if the casserole seems to dry after 5 hours.*
