Introduction

Fabulous, Italian Style meatloaf made with Pork and Chicken. Fabulous, Italian Style meatloaf made with Pork and Chicken.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Chicken
    1 pound Ground Pork 90/10 mix
    1/4 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    2 Tablespoons dried Minced Onions (rehydrated)
    1/2 Tablespoon Italian Herbs Seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon fresh Grated Pepper
    1 teaspoon Coarse Kosher Salt or Sea Salt
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tablespoons grated Romano-Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 Cup Ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything but the ketchup in a large bowl. Shape into loaf on metal baking sheet or stone, roughly 2 inches high by 8 inches long. Spread ketchup evenly on top. Cook for 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Makes 8 - 4oz. servings.
