Introduction

This pizza is quick, easy and delicious. It is also great for lunch the next day! :) This pizza is quick, easy and delicious. It is also great for lunch the next day! :)

Ingredients

    Pizza Dough ( I prefer whole wheat)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    0.5 c. mozzarella cheese (skim) (or pizza cheese)
    0.25 c. feta cheese (reduced-fat)
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 c. broccoli, steamed
    2 Morningstar Chix patties, cubed
    A few basil leaves, shredded


Directions

Cook the pizza dough (if not already) just until the middle gets cooked.
Spread the olive oil on the pizza crust.
Cover the pizza with the mozzarella, tomato slices, broccoli, chix patties, and feta and sprinkle basil leaves on the top.
