Ingredients

2 fish fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1/2 slice whole wheat bread
Directions
Makes 2 servings 1 cod fillet each.
melt Smart Balance in small bowl. Add olive oil. Make crumbs of half slice of bread. I crumble this between my hands. Add to butter and olive oil mixture.
Heat skillet on medium. coat one side of fish with bread mixture. Cook about 5 minutes coated side down.. coat top of fish with bread mixture and flip. Cook until done (about 3 minutes)
