    2 BUNCHES KALE
    2 T. OLIVE OIL
    3 LARGE GLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
    SEA SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
    1 T PUMPKINS SEEDS ( OR SESAME SEEDS)

Directions

SERVING SIZE ABOUT 3 OZ
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. rINCE KAT AND PAT DY. REMOVE AND DISCARD THICK RIBS AND CHOP LEAVES ROUGHLY. PAT LEAVES AGAIN. TOSS IN LARGE BOWL WITH OLIVE OIL,GARLIC,SALT AND PEPPER. SPREAD OUT ON BAKING SHEET. KALE DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN A SINGLE LAYER, AS IT WILL SHRINK IN VOLUME AS IT COOKS.

BAKE FOR 15- 20 MINUTES, STIRRING EVERY 5 MIN UNTIL LEAVES ARE TENDER, CRISP ON EDGES AND SLIGHTLY BROWNED.

  • Yummy! Excellent snack food, or side with sandwich meals. Doesn't need stirring as much. I've forgotten to stir at all and enjoyed the results. Do try to spread out the Kale, and sprinkle with seeds if desired. - 6/6/12
