Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

4 Tyson Chicken Breast Tenderloins - about 1 pound (thawed)

1/4 Cup Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk

3/4 Cup Seasoned Stuffing Cubes (crushed)

    1 teaspoon Minced Dried Onion

    1 teaspoon Minced Dried Garlic

    1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

1. Cut the 2 chicken breasts into big-toe-size pieces and soak in the milk until you assemble the coating.

2. Place the stuffing cubes, onion, garlic, and poultry seasoning into a zip-lock bag, press out the air, and pound the heck out of it until the cubes are reduced to crumbs or less.

3. Put foil on a baking sheet. Take one toe at a time out of the milk, shake it off a little and roll it in the crumbs, place it on the foiled baking sheet. Repeat until all the toes are on the sheet.

4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Turn the toes over and bake for 15 more minutes until done.
