Introduction

Ingredients

    2 T canola oil
    1 pound of leeks
    2 medium onions
    4 c chicken stock
    4 c (1.5 pounds) diced potato
    2 c milk

Directions

Saute onion and leeks in oil. Add potatoes and stock and cook til potatoes are soft and it smells good.
Puree.
Add milk.
Reheat gently.
