Beef Vegetable Soup

Introduction

I use this soup to fill me up between meals or before a meal so that I don't overdo. It's filling and good for you! I use this soup to fill me up between meals or before a meal so that I don't overdo. It's filling and good for you!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 gloves of garlic (or personal preference)
    1/4 cp. chopped onion
    1/4 cp. shredded cabbage
    1 large parsnip
    1 cup sliced or cubed button mushrooms
    6 cups of beef bolluion
    1 tsp. of olive oil

Directions

Chop or dice onion and garlic, and saute' in olive oil, once the onion and garlic are translucent add the beef broth and remaining vegetables.
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
