Ingredients

10 large roma tomatoes diced
1 medium white onion diced
40 grams cilantro (about 18 sprigs)
1 large jalapeno diced (with seeds)
salt and garlic powder to taste
Directions
dice and mix all ingredients, stir, chill and serve.
You can dice the ingredients by hand to make more of a pico de galo, or you can use a food processor to make more of a chuncky salsa.
