Ingredients

    1 can mixed vegetables (15 oz)
    1 cup beef broth made from 1 cube bouillon
    2 small cans of low sodium V8 (5.5 oz each)
    1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained (15 oz)
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small slow cooker (2.5 qt) and cook on low 4 hours or high 2 hours. Makes 4 servings of about 1 cup each.

This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled for however many servings you need.
