4 (4 oz) boneless pork loin chops
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 pinch ground sage
1 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley, fresh
Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
Pre-heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once heated, spray wtih cooking spray and put the pork chops in the pan. Brown the chops, about 3 minutes per side.
Add broth, vinegar, sage and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, until cooked through (internal temp. of 160) and the sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve with reduced sauce drizzled over and sprinkle with parsley.
