Turkey Veggie Meatloaf

Introduction

Yummy meatloaf loaded with extra veggies. I used ground chicken but turkey can be used likewise. Yummy meatloaf loaded with extra veggies. I used ground chicken but turkey can be used likewise.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Oats, 1 cup
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients together then put in a slightly greased bread pan and cook at 375 for 45 minutes then spread ketchup on top and cook for additional 15 minutes. 1 serving = 1/6 of the recipe.
