Ingredients

    Bay Leaf, 1 full leaf
    Fennel seed, 0.25 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Sage, ground, 0.25 tsp (pinch)
    Carrots, cooked, 0.50 cup slices
    Celery, cooked, 0.50 cup, diced
Garlic, 2 tsp diced in olive oil
Onions, dehydrated flakes, 2 tbsp or fresh onion to taste diced approximately .5 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 15 oz. can
Green Beans French style, 15 oz. can
Garbanzos/Chick Peas (canned), 15 oz. can
    Diced Tomatoes, 15 oz. can
4 Chicken Boullion cubes and three cans of water
    Jennie-O Sweet Italian Turkey

Directions

Brown the sausage seperately. In a large dutch oven or crock pot add all the ingredients together. I precooked the carrots and celery until tender then added to the pot. Once the Sausage is browned, remove the casing and cut up into chunks then add to the pot. Bring to desired heat, then serve with Crusty bread or Sami's Millet Buns for a totally Gluten Free meal. Lots of options - mozzarella cheese garnish or Parmesean.
