1 LB Ground Turkey
1 Can Bush's Black Beans
1 Can Diced Tomatoes, no salt added
3 smal cans no salt added tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Ground Corriander
1 tsp. Paprika
This is my kids' favorite meal. They like to eat it with Fritos, sour cream and cheese. It is also great over rice or just by itself.
Makes 4 hearty bowls.
