Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c. organic baby spring salad mix
    1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 oz. Sun-Maid California Golden Raisins (half a 1-oz. box)
    1/2 oz. Sun-Maid Cap Cod Cranberries (half a 1-oz. box)
    1 T. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. mandarin oranges (drain liquid and divide oranges in half)
    3 baby carrots, sliced
    1/4 large apple, sliced
    1 T. crumbled feta
    1 T. Newman's Own Lighten Up Balsamic Viniagrette

Directions

Mix all ingredients and serve. Serves 1.

If you want a vegan salad, omit the feta; if you need more protein, add 1/2 package of Tyson grilled chicken breast strips (add 100 calories).
