Ingredients

    4 Turkey Cutlets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
    2 oz Goat Cheese
    1 cup slice Mushrooms (sauted)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Cut Turkey Cutlets in half. Season Cutlets with Salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place Turkey cutlets on the bottom of a glass baking dish. Bake cutlets for about 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from oven and put a small dollop of goat cheese on each cutlet. Spread Mushrooms over the top. Return to the oven for another 10 - 15 minutes. If desired you could put some crumbled bacon on top.
