Goulash

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-2 lbs. lean ground beef (may sub turkey, etc)
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cups water
    8 oz. pasta, I used elbow macaroni

Directions

Brown beef. Add onion and saute. Add tomatoes, sauce, water, (salt, pepper, garlic to taste) and cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pasta and cook additional 15 minutes.
