Broccoli Chicken Linguine Afredo

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup Low Fat, 4 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 454 grams
    Celery, raw, 3 cup, diced
    Broccoli, fresh, 6 spear (about 5

Directions

Chop Chicken Breasts in to chewable bit sized pieces. Cook in fry pan. May use Pam Vegetable Cooking Spray to grease pan.

Wash all vegetables.
Cut baby carrots into lengthwise pieces. Add into frying pan.
Dice celery and throw into pan
Chop mushrooms thinly add into pan
finely chop onion add to fry pan
Cut broccoli you may use stems if you wish. Add into pan just before corn and peas.
Leave spears in small pieces.
Cook veggies part way through and then add frozen corn and peas(or fresh) an dbroccoli
Cook all vegetable until desired softeness or firmness to taste.
Add noodles.
Make Mushroom soup according to drections but use water instead of milk. I use two cans.

Mix all ingredients together and leave on low heat until used.
