Introduction

Something simple to put on multi grain waffles, low fat ice cream, or anything else your heart desires. Something simple to put on multi grain waffles, low fat ice cream, or anything else your heart desires.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup fresh blueberries
    2 packets of splenda
    1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
    2 teaspoons of corn startch

Directions

Put blueberries, splenda, and 1/4 cup of the orange juice into a small sauce pan over medium heat and bring to boil. Simmer for a couple of minutes. Then mix the corn startch into the remaining orange juice and bring to a boil again and thickens. (may need to add another packet of splenda depending on the sweetness of the berries and orange juice.)

Make 4 servings.
