    * Eggplant, fresh, 1 eggplant, peeled (yield from 1-1/4 (remove)
    * Zucchini, 3.0 cup, mashed (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, grated (remove)
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *100% Natural Whole Grain oat flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *Egg white, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

cook eggplant. shred others. mash eggplant and add. add garlic powder or spices. chill to thicken. add egg white and oat flour. bake 350 flipping halfway.
