-1 Whole Wheat English Muffin (I like Thomas's)
-1 Turkey Breakfast sausage link (Jennie O)
-1 whole egg, and 1 egg white only.
-1/2 slice of American Cheese
-Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray,
& Put one turkey sausage link in pan and let cook for about 10 mins. or until no longer pink in center.
-In bowl mix together one whole egg, and one egg white.
-Pour the egg mixture into the pan and scramble.
-Cook egg until your personal preference.
When everything is done. Split sausage down the middle and layer cheese, egg, sausage on your muffin and your have your special occasion Egg McMuffin!
