Protein-Packed Oatmeal

An alternative to my usual apple oatmeal An alternative to my usual apple oatmeal
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup rolled oats
    3 oz greek-style yogurt
    1/4 cup frozen raspberries

Directions

Thaw the raspberries in the fridge overnight. drain i the morning. Stir into the yogurt. Meanwhile, boil some water and add to the oatmeal to desired consistency. Let sit 3 minutes, stir in the yogurt mixture. Enjoy!

Note: When I take this to work, I pack the yogurt and raspberries in a snack container and the oats in another.
