Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients

    I know the .1875 tbsp for the flour makes no sense. It's 3 tablespoons.

Directions

In a large saucepan heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir in flour, salt, basil and pepper; mix well. Gradually add broth. Bring to a boil and stir 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, milk, and hot pepper sauce; heat thru but do not boil. Garnish with cheese and parsley.

I have also added sour cream and bacon to dress it up but that adds more calories :-(
