Introduction

This is fast and easy -- especially for a busy week night! Serve with crunchy rolls and yummy! You can use Fat Free vinaigrette and Reduced Fat Feta cheese to save a few more calories. Ingredients

    16 oz. Rotini pasta
    1 4.25 oz can of chopped or sliced black olives
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1/4 cup red onion. diced
    1 cucumber, peeled, diced
    12 oz. can chicken, drained
    3 oz crumbled Feta cheese
    1/2 cup Italian dressing

Directions

Prepare pasta as directed on box. Drain. Toss with other vegetables and chicken. Add dressing. Toss in feta cheese. Makes 6 servings.
