2 cans 15 oz. pink salmon, stored in water, remove skin and bone
18 Breton crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Mix all the ingredients together and put in a greased small loaf pan or small casserole dish, about 2"x 6".
Bake for 45 minutes.
