Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

8 oz. chicken breast, no skin
.5 tsp McCormick's Lemon Pepper Seasoning Salt
    .5 tbl Progresso Bread Crumbs

Directions

Preheat your pan to medium-high. Spray with Pam or use your cooking oil to create a non-stick surface. (Recipe calculated using Pam)

Wash your chicken and pat it dry. Slice the chicken breast into strips about 1" wide. In a ziplock baggy put the lemon pepper seasoning and italian bread crumbs. If you want a kick but not too spicy, add a bit more bread crumbs. Close the ziplock baggy and shake it so the seasoning and crumbs are mixed. Add one piece of chicken at a time to the baggy, close, and shake until the chicken is fully covered. Once all chicken is seasoned add to your pan for a quick sear. Once brown on each side turn the pan temperature down to medium-low heat and let cook for 10-15 minutes, then flip and repeat. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, serve.
