Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

1-2 cartons of Swanson Broth (32-64oz.)
3 boneless skinless breasts of Chicken
    3-4 White Potatoes
    2 Carrots
    2 cups Flour
    1 teaspoon Baking Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1 Egg
    1 cup of Milk

Directions

Pour 1 carton (32 oz.) of broth into a soup pot.

Add chicken and bring to a boil while the chicken is cooking.

Dice potatoes and carrots.

After the chicken has cooked, take it out and dice it. If the broth is really cloudy, strain it if you'd like.

If you would like more soup, add the other carton (32oz) of broth now. Add the chicken, potatoes, carrots and salt and pepper to taste. Add rosemary if you like the taste.

In a medium bowl combine, the flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and milk. This should be sticky. If it is dry, add a little more milk.

When the potatoes are done, add the dumplings. Drop tablespoon sized spoonfuls into the soup.

Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

You're done! Enjoy!

Makes about 10 servings of soup!

When the potatoes are done, add the dumplings.
