stir fry in 2 T olive oil
mushrooms, sliced 1 cup
scallions, 1 bunch cut in pieces
celery, 2 stalks
tofu, 12 oz
carrots,julienne stips..half a pck.
soy sauce, 4-5 T
ginger root, 4 tsp to taste
chili paste..can buy at asian food stores

for all those interested..I forgot to add 2 ground turkey hamburger patties torn up into pieces and browned..its included with the calories but I forgot to put it in the ingredients...
