Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 C. Water
    4 Tsp. Chicken Stock
    3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    2 Carrots
    2-3 Celery Stocks
    1 medium or 1/2 large onion
    1/2 C Wild long grain rice
    1 pint Half n' Half

Directions

Boil water, chicken stock, vegtables and chicken in large pot for 30 min.

Meanwhile prepare rice as directed

Remove chicken and cube, Return chicken and add cooked rice. Add half n' half use only half of container. You may need to add more just depends on how you like your soup.

Let simmer for 5 - 10 min.
Then serve
