Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 4
    4 small carrots cut into 4
    8 small onions, 2" diameter,peeled and whole
    2 large stalks celery, cut into 6
    1 turnip. peeled ancut into 4
    1 choped garlic clove
    2 whole allspice grains
    1 bay leaf
    2 1/2 lbs lamb stew, bone included, from the shoulder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1 small bunch fresh parsley
    2 oz. light beer
    1 bay leaf

Directions

place ingredients in crockpot in the order listed. Add water up to an inch below the surface ogf the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until you think it is has stewed long enough.
