Introduction

Quick and easy to make. Most things are pantry items.

You could reduce calories by using low fat cheese and no corn chips

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. chicken breast
    1 8oz can green chili peppers
    1 jar of green chili salsa
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 onion finely chopped
    i clove of garlic minced
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    broken corn chips(3.5 oz.)
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Cooke chicken in water, seasoning to taste. Boil chicken until done. Remove meat and cool then shred with fork.

    In large pan add olive oil onion,garlic and taco seasoning. cook until onions are clear.

    Combine all other ingredients except cheese and cornchips. Cook until thoroughly heated.

    serve and garnish with cheese and corn chips.
