Nickie's Superb Chicken Salad

Introduction

An amazing recipe for chicken salad! An amazing recipe for chicken salad!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2/3 cup light mayo
    1/3 cup milk
    2 T lemon juice
    1/4 t tarragon
    3 cups canned chicken (2 cans)
    3 cups wild rice (Uncle Ben's is good)
    1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    1/8 t black pepper
    1 cup quartered seedless green grapes
    1 cup salted cashews

Directions

Combine all ingredients except grapes and cashews. Chill. Before serving, add grapes and cashews.

Makes 10 servings.
