Introduction

Another wonderful Recipe I got from my Grandmother (Nan). This is a great side dish or main dish, on a hot day it is nice and cool. use reduced fat mayo and it tastes the same with a lot less fat. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 oz macaroni noodles
    1 cup diced onion
    2 cans Tuna in water
    1 1/2 cups Mayo.
    8 hard boiled eggs chopped. ( leave two or three for slicing for garnish)
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon paprika
    pepper to taste.

Directions

Boil noodles until tender. drain, and rinse in cold water. make sure to get as much water off as you can. put noodles in large bowl. add everything else and mix well. keep an egg or two. slice and place on top of finished salad. sprinkle top with parsley or paprika or both. chill for at least 8 hours. is best to chill over night. serve and enjoy!
