Ingredients

    12 large carrots sliced crosswise
    2 cups broccoli florets
    2 cups cauliflower cut in large pieces

Directions

Place vegetables in microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup water and cover loosely. Microwave, high setting, until tender, 8-10 minutes. Remove excess moisterure and serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
