Ingredients

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Chicken (I use skinless boneless breasts)
1 1/2 C. Rice, NOT INSTANT
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan. Scatter rice in the bottom of the greased pan. Lay chicken on top (I usually cube up two boneless breasts)(you can use bone in breasts, wings, thighs what ever you want). Mix the soups with one can water each. Pour over the top. Cover with foil. Bake for 90 mins, remove foil and bake and extra 30 mins<---that is for the ones with the bones in. When I cube the chicken I uncover stir it up and then recover and back the extra 30 mins.
Crockpot directions: Grease crockpot (or use one of the bags) pour rice on the bottom, lay in chicken(again I use skinless boneless breasts but I leave them whole for this one). Pour soup and water mixes over the chicken, put on cover and turn on low for eight hours! When its done I stir it up and the chicken shreds right up.
