Introduction

I found a couple of recipes for black beans and rice, and kind of combined what I had on hand I found a couple of recipes for black beans and rice, and kind of combined what I had on hand
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 C uncooked Brown rice
    1 can black beans (don't drain)
    1/2 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 small jar of Tostitos salsa, or salsa of choice...that's just what I had on hand

Directions

Cook rice according to package
dump in the rest of the ingredients...
stir
heat some more
eat! enjoy!
Yeah, I know this is too easy!
