Low-carb Revolution Rolls

Ingredients

    3 eggs, seperated
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    3 tablespoons sour cream, low fat
    1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Seperate eggs. Use electric mixer and beat egg whites, with cream of tartar until still. Mix other ingredients together and gently fold into egg whites.
Make 6 piles on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 40 minutes. Store in an sealed container in fridge. Can be used as buns or use your imagination.
