Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    about 1lb of potatos
    1 stick butter
    milk (to desired firmness)
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    minced garlic
    salt
    pepper

Directions

cut potatos into small chunks
boil potatos until tender
add milk and butter and blend with a electric mixer until you reach the desired thickness
add all other ingreadients to taste
you can also add some low fat cheese for cheesy garlic mashed potatos
