Asian Grilled Pork Chops

Introduction

I saw this recipe on recipezaar.com posted by LAURIE. I made a minor change to reduce the sugar. Ingredients

    1/4 soy sauce
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
    5 (4oz) boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick

Directions

Mix the oils, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic together in a large ziplock bag. Add pork chops to bag and seal.
Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
Remove chops from marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chops over medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until they are cooked through.
