Introduction

Nothing special - just something to do with leftover chicken and rice. This particular night I also had some gorgonzola that I needed to get rid of. The broccoli was just for color. Nothing special - just something to do with leftover chicken and rice. This particular night I also had some gorgonzola that I needed to get rid of. The broccoli was just for color.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed, baked
    * Blue Cheese, 1.5 oz
    * *Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup
    * Broccoli, fresh, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

Throw everything together in a pan with 1 can of water, heat until hot.

This should serve two, but I plan on eating it all myself.
