Corkscrew Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Mozzerlla Cheese

Introduction

A quick substitute for lasagna or welcome change for spaghetti and meat sauce. A quick substitute for lasagna or welcome change for spaghetti and meat sauce.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 oz. cooked pasta (I used corkscrew)
    1 cup tomato sauce
    .5 cup tomato paste
    1 pkg spaghetti seasoning
    12 oz. browned ground beef (93%)
    1 cup mozzerella cheese
    2 T parm cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions, but leave undercooked just a tad.
Brown ground beef, drain
Mix Tomato sauce, paste, spaghetti seasonings into meat mixture.
Pour pasta into 8 x 8 square pan
Add in about 1.5 cups of the meat sauce
Cover with 1 cup of mozzerella cheese
Sprinkle Parm cheese on top
Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melty and bubbly

Makes 6 servings, about 1 cups each
