3 oz. left over cooked chuck roast
1 8inch, Boboli pizza crust
2 sl. Provolone cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella
3 Tbsp. Olive Tapenade
1/4 c. sauted onions & mushrooms
Meanwhile, saute onions & mushrooms till just opague for the onions, smooth over the tapenade. Shred the beef evenly over the mixture & place provolone & mozzarella evenly over entire surface. Place into pre-heated 425* oven for 20-30 min. until cheese is bubbly, may want to switch over to broil to give cheese a little browning. Serve immediately, & carefully as is excedingly hot & cheese very stringy.
