Mom's not home sloppy joes

Introduction

crock pot sloppy joes crock pot sloppy joes
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 can Manwich sauce
    1 lb ground beef (extra lean)
    1 can v-8 (small size)
    salt & pepper to taste
    whole-wheat hamburger buns

Directions

1) brown ground beef (season with salt & pepper)
2) throw the beef in the crockpot
3) add the manwich sauce & v-8 & stir
4) turn crockpot on low
5) let cook for 4-8 hours
6) serve on whole wheat buns

I make this meal for hubby & kids when I won't be home for supper. I can make it either in the morning or during my lunch hour. They must love it because there are never any leftovers!!
