Zucchini Sticks

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2-3 zucchini
    1 small container yogurt
    1 cup (more if needed) saltine crackers, crushed
    dash of garlic salt, Greek seasoning, pepper

Directions

Wash and dry zucchini. Cut ends off. Then cut lengthwise in half, then cut both halves in half. Then proceed to cut the zucchini into french fry like sticks (not as skinny as McDonald's fries though).

Pour yogurt onto a plate. (You might want to thin out with a touch of milk....opt.) Dip each stick into the yogurt, then roll in the crushed crackers.

Lay onto a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes, or until as crispy as you like them.

* yummy to use Ranch dressing to dip into while eating (like ketchup for fries)
