Ingredients

    * Broccoli Sprouts, 1/4 cup
    * Ground beef, lean, 4 oz
    * Refried Beans, 1/4 cup
    * Onion, 1 slice, chopped up

    * Burger Bun, 1 serving
    * Soy sauce, low sodium, 1/2 tsp
    * Canola Oil, 1/2 tspn

Directions

1) If your ground beef isn't already cooked (my left overs live in tupperware in the fridge), cook that first in a small pot.

2) Stir in your refried beans, salsa and chopped onion. Stir while frying.

3) In a frying pan, add your oil and say sauce and heat up.. add your sprouts and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4) Toast your burger bun, add your burger mix and sprouts and enjoy!
