Introduction

I created this recipe for dinner and my children loved it! Dinner or lunch, it works both ways. I created this recipe for dinner and my children loved it! Dinner or lunch, it works both ways.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive oil
    500g Ground chicken (turkey is the equivalent I chose)
    1 tsp Garlic, minced
    3 med leaf cabbage, chopped
    1 small zucchini, cubed
    a dash of pepper
    3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan and put in chicken. Cook until no more juice and add in soy sauce, zucchini and cabbage. Stir fry for about 5 mins or until vegetables are tender. Add in garlic and pepper to taste. Serve white rice or brown rice.
